Farookh Engineer is a past Captain and Wicket Keeper of India cricket team and is now established as a cricket analyst and commentator for a number of major television networks including Sky Sports. His pedigree is of the highest calibre and his knowledge of the sport of cricket, individual players and teams is one of his greatest assets. Farookh's ability to relate the skills, knowledge and experiences to a business environment ensures he is highly valued by our clients whether in the role of 'Dinner Speaker' or 'Sports Host' he is always well received.

Angela Mount

Angela's passionate and no-nonsense approach is matched with exceptional tasting skills; her taste buds were famously insured for £10 million by Somerfield, where she worked as Chief Winer Buyer. Angela is an exciting and experienced public speaker and with regular appearances on both radio and television; The Good Food Programme, Woman's Hour, Radio London and BBC Local Radio. She works alongside celebrity chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Gary Rhodes and Anthony Worrall-Thompson. She now hosts the prestigious Gorndon Ramsay Scholarship Academy competition regularly interviewing Gordon and his team.

Sridhar won the Britain's Best Dish Main course award in a National television cookery competition beating 129 rivals to win with this famously tastie lamb Biryani. Sridhar said "Lamb Biryani is the best dish from Indian Cuisine". Sridhar's authentic lamb Biryani is served with egg masal and raitha.

Candida combines traditional training approaches with techniques that she has developed after studying at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and various schools of Eastern philosophy and mind/body training. Candida's unique methodology ensures that individuals are motivated to learn and committed to their own self-development. Candida started her career as a Barrister and Solicitor specialising in the areas of employment and corporate law in Canada. After realising that she could bring a different perspective to the business world, she moved to the United Kingdom, and started working in the area.
