Project managed the Countryside Council for Wales display marquee and catering at the 3 top shows in Wales; Urdd Eisteddfod, Royal Welsh Show and the National Eisteddfod, where more than 1,500 visitors viewed the display and Welsh Assembly Government ministers held a number of launches and meetings.
